Our Ironville Nursery is purpose built with a fully enclosed garden, with grass, decking and safety surface.
All our rooms offer an open plan layout for the children to explore and investigate freely.
The Nursery is led by our experienced Manager who has been part of the Clowns family for over 20 years. She has responsibility for the leadership and management of the Nursery and works closely with the strong staff team, to deliver quality care and education for your child.
Should you have any questions about any part of Nursery life or your child’s development, the Manager and the team are always happy to discuss these with you. The Nursery has close links with the local community and school.

Under 3's

Our under 3's room here is split into two large open plan rooms that have been arranged to give the children access to all areas of development throughout the day.

We have areas for the children to enjoy arts and crafts, construction, numbers and words, reading, mark making, role play and much more.
Over 3's
​
Our over 3's room here at Ironville is split into one spacious room and a seperate sensory room for the children to enjoy and explore. The main room once again has all the areas of development and equipment and resources to enhance those areas every day.

Outdoors
​
Our outdoor space has everything your child needs to enjoy their time here at Clowns. With a Forest School corner equipped with mud kitchens, logs to sit on and dens. We also have a large soft play area for the children to enjoy riding bikes, obstacle courses, ball games and much more. We also have a large under cover stage where the children can express their imaginative play and put on shows etc. Then to the rear of the garden area is a large grass lawn and flower beds where our children help to grow flowers, plants and produce throughout the year.
